Privacy and cookies

What we store, why, and who helps us store it.

Who is responsible

Hivefo is run by Sergio Gualda, who is responsible for the data described on this page.

When you reserve a hexagon

We store what you enter in the form: your project’s name, its website, its category and color, its logo if you add one, and your email address. We use the email to send you the confirmation link and to tell you when the hive opens. We don’t use it for anything else and we don’t share or sell it.

Your project’s name, website and logo are shown on the map once you confirm. Your email address is never shown.

A reservation you don’t confirm is deleted after 24 hours.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without cookies. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and tell us which pages people open and where they come from. If you reject, it isn’t loaded at all. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it with the Cookies link at the bottom of any page.

Who processes the data

  • Vercel hosts the site.
  • Neon hosts the database with the reservations.
  • Resend sends our emails.
  • Google Analytics counts visits, only if you accept.

Your data

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to hello@hivefo.com. Deleting a reservation frees its hexagon.
